Frank has over 20 years of experience in energy storage technology with both Mil-Aero and Commercial applications. At Yardney/Eagle Picher Technologies he led a team of Ph.D. scientists and engineers in developing batteries for the B-2 Bomber, Global Hawk UAV, and F-35. Frank also served as Program Manager and Lead Engineer for Mars Science Laboratory Batteries. While at Energizer Battery he held positions in Research, Manufacturing, and Quality/ Process Engineering. Frank has a B.S and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
