Raymond B. Sepe

Ray is a leading specialist in algorithmic design, computer modeling, hardware/firmware implementation, and web-based real-time control systems with more than 30 years of experience. He has also authored and published numerous scientific publications on signal processing and real-time adaptive control systems. Ray earned a PhD., an M.S.E.E, and a B.S.E.E. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining ESL (Electro Standards Laboratories), he was an M.I.T. Scientist at the Space Engineering Research Center.
