Nicolai Nieder

Nicolai Nieder has a diverse and extensive work experience, starting with internships in finance and consulting at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Nicolai then progressed to roles in business development at Mobiag, project management at McKinsey & Company, and as the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of MedKitDoc. Nicolai also founded and directed Ideas in Motion e.V. In 2023, Nicolai took on leadership roles at Enpal, first as Director of Operations & Expansion and later as Vice President of Operations & Growth.

Nicolai Nieder completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin in 2013. Nicolai then pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology at Università Bocconi from 2013 to 2015. Nicolai also completed an International Master in Business Administration specializing in Innovation and Technology at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics during the same period. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a Study Abroad Program focusing on Innovation Management at UNSW.
