Olga Binyavskaya

Olga Binyavskaya began their career in 2016 as a Consumer Engagement Intern at Philip Morris International. Olga then worked at Boston Consulting Group in 2017 as a Case Support. In 2018, they served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at eVeche Business Modelling. Moving on, Olga joined Grover in 2019, progressing from a Junior Analyst to an International Expansion Manager and eventually a Senior International Expansion Manager. Olga'smost recent role was at Enpal in 2023, where they held positions as a Senior Business Development Manager and currently as the Head of Expansion Operations.

Olga Binyavskaya completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2017. Olga then pursued a Master's degree in International Management at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education from 2017 to 2019, along with a Master's degree in Management at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University during the same period. In 2018, they were an exchange student at the University of Cologne, Faculty of Economics, Management and Social Science. Additionally, Olga obtained certifications in SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2019, and participated in International Finance Reporting Standards courses with EY and KPMG in 2016. Olga also won the Lab1886 Design Challenge in 2018.
