Gregory Jensen

Gregory Jensen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Enphase Energy since July 2022, Gregory manages employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance for the U.S. and Puerto Rico customer support organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at T-Mobile from March 2013 to September 2022, where Gregory led a team of HR Partners in the Customer Care Organization, providing strategic HR support, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and advising on HR programs and policies. Gregory's career also includes roles as a Supervisor and HR Generalist, along with a strong educational background, holding a Master’s Degree in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University.
