Lisan Hung

Lisan H. has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Enphase Energy since January 2019, and also as a Board Member and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at FTC Solar, Inc. since April 2021. Previously, Lisan held positions such as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Crocus Technology and Kovio, Inc., and Director of Law at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. A legal career commenced at Lonich & Patton, LLP and Clapp, Moroney, Bellagamba, Davis and Vucinich. Lisan earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BS in Political Economy of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
