Mahadevan Thangaraj

Mahadevan Thangaraj is a seasoned professional in the field of plastics engineering and industrialization, currently serving as a Senior Staff Component Engineer at Enphase Energy since August 2022, focusing on the localization of mechanical parts including injection molded plastics, stamped parts, and rubber parts. Prior experience includes significant roles at Schneider Electric as DGM of Industrialization and Manager of Industrialization for plastics and tooling, and at Microtech Polymers as Plant Head Manager. Mahadevan began a career in tooling with positions at GKDITR as Tooling Head and earlier as a mold maker across various companies.
