Rajarajan Karunakaran

Rajarajan Karunakaran is an experienced professional in the field of semiconductor test engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager of ASIC Product & Test Engineering at Enphase Energy since July 2022, focusing on characterization to production processes for drivers, controllers, and power management. Previously, Rajarajan held the role of Manager in Test Engineering at ON Semiconductor, overseeing automotive CMOS image sensor testing, and also worked as a Manager at Western Digital, where the focus was on ASIC test solution development. Prior experience includes a Principal Engineer position at SanDisk®, specializing in ATE test solution development for flash storage controllers, and a Senior Test Engineer role at Tessolve Semiconductor PVT LTD, concentrating on ATE test solution development and integration. Rajarajan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Anna University Chennai, an MBA in Operations Research from Tamil Nadu Open University, and a Master's degree in Electrical from Midtown University.
