Kathleen Gianni

Kathleen Gianni is an accomplished journalism and mass communications student at The George Washington University, expected to graduate in May 2026. Currently serving as a Culture Staff Writer and Culture Reporter for The GW Hatchet since September 2022, Kathleen also works as a Hostess for the Metropolitan Hospitality Group at Circa Foggy Bottom and as a Food Server for Eat'n Park Hospitality Group at The Porch at Siena. Past roles include Editorial Intern at Pittsburgh Magazine, Global Media Intern at Destination DC, Vice President of Recruitment for the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, and Staff Writer for Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle. Additionally, Kathleen contributed as a Content Writer for Trill Mag from November 2023 to May 2024. With a strong foundation in journalism complemented by minors in Marketing and Political Science, Kathleen has gained diverse experience in writing and media.
