Randa Esmat Onsy, MBA, MBTI, PHRi, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background that includes roles as Human Resources Manager at ENPPI, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Petroleum in Egypt, and HR Associate at Apache Corporation, where Randa was loaned under the Middle Management Program. Randa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2014-2015) and a Human Resources Management Diploma from The American University in Cairo (2009-2010).
