Dana Rutland

Dana Rutland has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the human resources field. Dana is currently serving as the VP of HR at Enpro Industries. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Sealing Technologies at Enpro Industries. Before joining Enpro, Dana worked at Stemco LP as the VP of Human Resources for almost a decade. Dana also had a brief tenure as the Director of Learning and Talent at Stemco LP. Dana began their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Facilitator/Trainer and HR Business Partner. Dana also worked at the City of Texarkana, AR as a Grants Coordinator, where they managed various teams and projects and was responsible for budget management.

Dana Rutland completed a post-graduate program in Executive and Professional Coaching at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas in 2008-2009. Prior to that, they earned a Masters of Business in Human Resources from LeTourneau University during 2004-2006. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at Texas A&M University, where they obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from 1992-1994. Additionally, during the same time period of 1992-1994, they also attended Texas A&M University-Texarkana, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
