Hao Dinh

Hao Dinh has a diverse range of work experience. Hao co-founded Grow by Design in 2013, where they served as the Chief Ideator, focusing on making digital education fun and engaging. In 2018, they co-founded STEMSoft. Hao worked at IDEO U as an Impact House Fellow in 2016. In 2019, they became the Director of Group Digital Operations & Innovation at Electrolux, leading a global digital transformation initiative. Hao also held the role of Director Digital Transformation / AI Solutions Product Owner at Schaeffler from 2017 to 2019. Hao worked at GE Power from 2008 to 2017, where they held various roles including Innovation Director, Parts Innovation Leader, Sustainability Leader, General Manager, and Quality Master Black Belt. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors for Be A Mentor from 2005 to 2013 and was the OpenIDEO Community Manager at IDEO in 2012. In 2021, they joined Enpro as the Vice President of Technology. Hao Dinh has extensive experience in digital strategy, innovation, and leadership roles.

Hao Dinh's education history includes a Master's degree in Sustainability & Environmental Management from Harvard University (2013-2018), a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University (1989-1995), and a Master of Science (Honors) in Management & Systems from New York University (2002-2004). Hao also has various certifications, such as LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from General Electric (2008-2010) and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods Facilitator Certification - Teams & Groups from LEGO (2017). Most recently, Hao pursued executive education in Corporate Innovation at Stanford University (2017-2019) and Predictive Analytics for Business at Udacity (2019-present).
