Christos Vagenas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and operations within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as the Head of CXM at Enreach for Enterprises since January 2024, Christos previously held the position of CX Team Leader for Sweden and Finland at both Enreach and HeroBase. Prior roles include Development & Integrations Manager and various management positions at Dialing, along with ownership of multiple hospitality ventures. Christos holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has additional education in economics from Nackademin and Södertörn University.
