Joep Lecluse M. Sc.

Joep Lecluse M. Sc. has extensive experience in various roles in the technology and telecommunications industry. Joep is currently the Head of Cloud Workspace Productivity at Enreach, where they focus on bridging the gap between IT and telephony to deliver productive workplaces. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Enreach, responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the Cloud and Broadband product portfolio in Europe.

Before joining Enreach, Joep held positions at Voiceworks as a Product Manager for Cloud & Broadband services, contributing to the development and improvement of the product portfolio. Joep also worked as a Product Manager for Cloud services, focusing on communication and collaboration solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Joep also has experience as a Marketing Director at Tools4ever Nederland, specializing in Identity Governance & Administration solutions. Joep previously served as a Senior Marketing Manager at Login Consultants, an international IT service provider.

Earlier in their career, Joep held leadership positions at Ticketscript, ION-IP B.V., and BliXem Internet Services, where they were responsible for marketing and management roles in the hosting and online media services sector.

Joep began their career as a Senior Project Manager and Software Developer at Lucent Technologies.

Throughout their career, Joep has demonstrated expertise in product management, marketing, vendor relations, procurement, pricing, and margin management. Joep has a strong focus on driving revenue growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Joep Lecluse obtained a M.Sc. degree in Electronics from Eindhoven University of Technology between 1988 and 1996. In 1999-2000, they studied Business at Nyenrode Business University. Joep also holds additional certifications, including Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer from Microsoft (expected in 2023) and Certified Professional Product Owner and Certified Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org (obtained in 2017).
