Jhanvi Shah

Jhanvi Shah has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jhanvi began their career at the Youth Empowerment Foundation, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from June 2020 to September 2020. Following this, Jhanvi worked at Arth by Kshama as an Assistant from May 2018 to November 2020. Jhanvi then transitioned to PV Healthcare, where they served as a Business Development Manager from March 2021 to the present. Jhanvi's most recent role is as a Senior Executive People Connect at Enrich, starting from July 2022.

Jhanvi Shah's education history includes various academic achievements and certifications in diverse fields. In 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Psychology from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics. Following this, in 2020-2021, they attended NMIMS Global and obtained a diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

In 2018-2019, Jhanvi completed a certificate program in Guidance and Counseling from SNDT Women's University - P. G. Department of Computer Science. Additionally, they actively participated in a Research Reading Circle at Mithibai College from 2018 to 2020, further enhancing their knowledge in a research-oriented environment.

Jhanvi also engaged in extension work related to women empowerment, conducting surveys as part of a certificate program offered by Mumbai University Mumbai from 2017 to 2020. During the same period, they pursued a certificate in Philosophical Wellbeing, focusing on yoga, sujog, and chakra healing at Mithibai College.

Further enriching their skill set, Jhanvi obtained a certificate from Mithibai College in 2019-2020 for their work in healing peers through empowerment. Additionally, they participated in the Buddy project, earning a certificate from Mithibai College between 2017 and 2020.

Currently, Jhanvi is pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Mumbai, which started in 2021 and is expected to end in 2022.
