Kristen Warms

Kristen Warms is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, employee engagement, and change management across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Learning & Experience Design at Atlassian, Kristen leads a global team to enhance employee experiences in remote work settings. Previous roles include directing a global onboarding program for early-career professionals at Atlassian, and establishing a new function focused on learning customer success at Microsoft. With a solid background at Deloitte, Kristen managed global learning programs and designed leadership development initiatives. Kristen holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Drew University.
