Wendy Zeng

Wendy Zeng has six years of work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2014, they began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Jianju Bio-plastic Product Co., Ltd, where they transformed the HR strategy from control to commitment and recruited 20 new high performing employees. In 2016, they held three internships concurrently: Human Resources Intern at Syed Professional Services, Human Resources Intern at the Department of Social Services (DSS), and President at Zarb Human Resource Management Association. At Syed Professional Services, they updated employee handbooks and managed ADP Time and Attendance bi-weekly. At DSS, they prepared training documents and guided 80 clients through the training process. As President of Zarb, they organized activities to learn more about HRM and increased membership by 50%. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at EasternCCTV, where they provided Manager personnel allocation schemes and drafted job descriptions. Finally, in 2018, they became the Human Resources Director at ENS Security.

Wendy Zeng obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English from Northwest University for Nationalities in 2013. Wendy then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Hofstra University in 2016. In April 2019, they obtained an Adobe Certified Associate in Print & Digital Publication Using Adobe InDesign from Adobe.
