Kim Romero

Systems Engineer at ENSCO

Kim Romero has a diverse work experience in various engineering and analyst roles. Kim started their career at SAIC in 2008 as a Logistics Analyst and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they joined Honeywell Aerospace as a Reliability Engineer where they conducted sustainment analysis for the AFSCN and presented RMA metrics to the Air Force customer. Kim also calculated Mean Time between Failures for components and gave presentations on system performance. From 2015 to 2017, Kim worked at Riverside Research as a Systems Engineer, providing support for radar-related systems and conducting analysis for system upgrades and modernization. Currently, they are a Systems Engineer at ENSCO, Inc. where they support pre-acquisition projects and leads contractor teams on sustainment projects related to communication engineering.

Kim Romero obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from New Mexico State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Systems Engineering at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in March 2020, Kim earned a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn.
