Todd Faulkner has extensive work experience in the field of geolocation and engineering. Todd is currently employed at HawkEye 360 as a Principal Geolocation Engineer, a position they started in August 2021. Prior to this, Todd worked at ENSCO, Inc. as a Staff Engineer starting in March 2017.

Before joining ENSCO, Inc., Todd held the role of Staff Scientist at Setter Research from October 2015 to March 2017. At Setter Research, their primary tasks involved developing a radio-frequency ranging methodology on a software-defined radio, implementing the design on an FPGA, and conducting statistical analysis of the resulting range measurements in different environments.

Todd's longest tenure was at ENSCO, Inc., where they worked as a Staff Scientist from June 1998 to October 2015. During this time, they played a key role in algorithm development, software implementation, and data analysis for navigation capabilities in various projects. Todd achieved significant accomplishments in algorithm development for tracking geophysical instruments and pedestrians, resulting in high position accuracy even without GPS.
