Jim Gaffney

Jim Gaffney is responsible for articulating and implementing a strategic vision for Ensemble with a focus on three key horizons, including sustaining core business, emerging business strategies, and guiding a long-term vision for a viable future.

He also develops market insights, identifying new ways to deliver value and automation, continuing to drive what makes Ensemble the easiest full outsource to work with, understanding and anticipating new client needs, and working to develop valuable partnerships and business models.

Due to his operational insight, and understanding of value drivers, Jim has led due diligence, growth strategy, and merger integration projects for private equity, health systems, and companies in the revenue cycle services sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois.
