Julie Poole is an experienced product management and operations leader with a substantial background in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management Operations at Ensemble Health Partners since August 2023, Julie has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Product Strategy & Operations at Relatient and Director of IT Portfolio Management at Cotiviti. Julie has a proven track record of developing and implementing operational teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and enhancing product adoption through strategic community-building efforts. With a strong technical foundation as a Lead Software Engineer and Project Manager in earlier roles, and holding an MBA and a Bachelor's in Management Science and Computer Systems from Oklahoma State University, Julie combines strategic insight with technical expertise to drive organizational success.
