Laura C. Dowling, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Client Delivery at Ensemble Health Partners since April 2024. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Consultant at Nordic Global from July 2023 to April 2024 and Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Guidehouse/UAB in 2021. In the Guidehouse role, Laura improved the financial performance and patient experience of UAB by addressing key issues. As Executive Director at Piedmont Healthcare from 2012 to 2021, Laura standardized Middle Revenue Cycle Services and implemented significant financial improvement programs. Laura's experience also includes serving as Senior Director at Conifer Health Solutions and holding managerial roles at firms such as Wellspring Consulting, Accenture, Capgemini, and EY. Laura earned an Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
