Nick Pace

Nicholas Pace serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Ensemble Health Partners since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held similar positions at Owens & Minor from 2016 to June 2023, and at Landmark Health as EVP, General Counsel & Secretary from January 2014 to December 2015. Nicholas also co-founded Guidon Partners, working there from October 2014 to January 2016. Nicholas has extensive experience in legal and operational roles, including positions at Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Amerigroup Corporation, and CarMax, Inc. Nicholas began a legal career with significant roles at Morrison & Foerster LLP and LeClair Ryan, following initial work as a Senior Tax Associate at Ernst & Young. Nicholas holds an MBA and JD from the University of Richmond, as well as a BS in Accounting & Finance from Miami University.
