Nick Pace

Nicholas Pace currently serves as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Ensemble Health Partners, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various senior legal and executive positions, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Owens & Minor from 2016 to June 2023, as well as similar roles at Landmark Health and Amerigroup Corporation. Nicholas founded Guidon Partners and worked as a Senior Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Nicholas’s career began at Ernst & Young as a Senior Tax Associate, followed by positions at LeClair Ryan and CarMax, Inc. Nicholas holds an MBA and JD from the University of Richmond and a BS in Accounting & Finance from Miami University.
