Sharon Holmes, CRCR, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and operations. Currently serving as AVP Client Delivery at Ensemble Health Partners since March 2020, Sharon has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Revenue Cycle Director. Prior experience includes Director of Patient Access at Bon Secours Health System, Associate Director of Revenue Cycle at Virginia Eye Institute, and Analytics and Reporting Manager at Bon Secours Health System. Sharon has a strong background in strategic planning, operational restructuring, and financial performance enhancement, exemplified by significant achievements such as the successful development of the Enteral Nutrition Program. Educational background includes a degree from Longwood University, completed from 1983 to 1987.
