Kelsey Edelen

Kelsey Edelen is a seasoned professional in real estate and development with extensive experience in project management, analysis, and advisory functions. Currently serving as a Development Coordinator at Ensemble Investments, LLC since June 2023, Kelsey previously held the position of Real Estate Development Associate at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on strategic planning and management of non-academic properties. Prior experience includes over three years at PIDC as a Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing development projects and coordinating procurement processes at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Additionally, Kelsey contributed to Freire Charter Schools as a Data Specialist and spent over seven years at PwC as a Manager in Real Estate Valuation and Advisory. Kelsey holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and two degrees from NYU Stern School of Business, including a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting.
