Tiffany Pompa

Tiffany Pompa has extensive work experience in payroll management and compensation. Tiffany most recently served as the Director of Compensation at Far West Services, LLC, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Payroll Manager at both Far West Services, LLC and Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. Tiffany also worked as a Payroll Manager at Allied Lube, Inc from November 2010 to October 2016, and at EZ Lube, LLC from October 2005 to October 2010. Additionally, they have experience as a Cash Audit Supervisor at JCPenney from November 1998 to October 2005.

Tiffany Pompa attended Cypress College from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained an Associates degree. In 2016, they enrolled at California State University, Long Beach to pursue a Human Resources Management Certification, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
