Kristi Allen

Kristi Allen has a diverse work experience in the hotel industry. Kristi currently serves as the Executive Vice President- Hotels at Ensemble Real Estate Investments since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations at the same company from January 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Ensemble Real Estate Investments, Kristi worked at Ensemble Hotel Partners, LLC as the Vice President, Hotel Operations from November 2014 to January 2020.

Kristi also has experience in managing hotels and resorts. Kristi worked as the Corporate Director of Hotel Operations at Ensemble Hotel Partners/Hotel Maya from September 2010 to October 2014, where they successfully rebranded and repositioned the Hotel Maya as a soft-branded Hilton product.

Earlier in their career, Kristi held various managerial positions at Hilton Long Beach & Executive Meeting Center, HEI Hotels and Resorts, Le Meridien San Francisco, Hilton San Francisco, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Sheraton Fishermans Wharf, and Renaissance Stanford Court.

Kristi Allen attended Punahou School from 1983 to 1988, where they completed their high school education. Following their high school graduation, they enrolled at the University of Vermont from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
