Roger Parker has worked in the technology industry since 1989. Roger began their career at Boeing as a Senior Enterprise Systems Architect/Engineer/Program Manager. In 2011, they moved to FW a Novatel Wireless company as a Technical Support Engineer III. In 2018, they joined Ensemble Solutions Group as a Technical Support Engineer. In each of these roles, they provided technical support, consulting, engineering, program/project management, sales and integration services for a wide variety of M2M/IoT projects, customers, products, systems and software. Additionally, they were responsible for communicating with fellow employees and customers over the phone, via e-mail and verbally.

Roger Parker attended Oregon Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Roger then worked at The Boeing Company from 1988 to 2003 in Information Systems Analysis, Design and Integration and Strategic and Tactical Planning. In 2002, they returned to school, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from City University in 2005.
