Sergio González Arraño - P.eng. M.sc.

Sergio González Arraño is a professional engineer with extensive experience in the field of water treatment and engineering project management. Sergio has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Sergio began their career at Empresa Nacional del Petroleo ENAP, where they worked as a Chemical Engineer Trainee and later as a Project Engineer in Continuous Improvement and Innovation. During their time there, they conducted technical assessments for water treatment and effluent treatment plants and led high-level analysis projects.

After their time at ENAP, González Arraño joined LyondellBasell as a Chemical Process Engineer. Sergio completed an 8-month training program and worked on calculations and technical assessments for a pilot plant. Sergio also developed a two-phase flashing flow model for process and safety simulations as part of their master's thesis.
