Jeff Broussard

Jeff Broussard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff began their career at Fairfield Manufacturing in 1996 as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for 11 states and 13 distributorships. Jeff consistently exceeded quota and achieved the highest gross margin percentages during their tenure. In 1999, Broussard joined Parker Hannifin as a Territory Manager, where they were responsible for industrial hydraulic sales in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Jeff consistently exceeded quota and provided technical sales support to multiple distribution networks. In 2008, Broussard joined Hyspeco Inc. as a Director of Motion Control Sales/Quality Manager and later became the Director of Operations in 2012. Jeff worked in this role until 2016. In 2016, Broussard joined Press Room Equipment Company as the VP of Business Development and later became the President in 2020. Jeff served in both roles until 2023. Currently, Broussard is working as the President of Ensight Solutions, LLC, a position they assumed in 2018.

Jeff Broussard completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Oklahoma State University in 1994. Jeff later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Harding University in 2014.
