Athina Thorson Pt

Athina Thorson PT, DPT, ATC is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation and athletic training. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Rehab and Physical Therapist at Ensign Services since September 2019, Athina has also worked at Rocky Mountain Care and Intermountain Healthcare as a physical therapist. Previous roles include serving as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Athletico, where Athina provided comprehensive medical support to athletes in various sports. Athina's clinical training includes multiple internships at healthcare facilities, focusing on outpatient orthopedic care, acute inpatient care, and sports injury management. Academically, Athina holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from North Central College.
