Karley Nelson

Karley Nelson is an experienced professional in staff development and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Staff Development at Ensign Services since June 2021. Prior roles include Regional Medical Recruiter and Corporate Recruiter at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care from February 2018 to June 2021, as well as various positions in human resources and customer service at companies such as SEPHORA and Dillons Grocery Store. Karley gained foundational experience as a Human Resources Intern at multiple organizations, including Newton Medical Center and Fort Scott Area Chamber of Commerce. Karley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Management from Wichita State University, earned in 2016.
