Ricardo Godinez has held various roles in the corporate world since 2000. In 2000, they were a Supply Chain Intern at DeAcero. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Power, where they provided aftermarket service to ALSTOM on Gas Turbines accessories and was responsible for Quality and Continuous Improvements projects for the Mexican offices. Ricardo then moved to DECATHLON FRANCE, where they held the roles of Brand Purchasing Manager, Category Buyer, and Technical Production Leader. In 2011, they became Co-Founder and Head Of Ecommerce at Atomika Sports. From 2019 to 2021, they were Corporate Digital Director at Truper, leading the Digital Transformation and E-commerce initiatives from development and launch to measurement and optimization. Most recently, they have been Chief Executive Officer at Enso Fintech, a Mexico-based Fintech helping people improve their relationship with money. Ricardo has also served as a Strategy Advisor for the company.

Ricardo Godinez completed their high school education in 1994 at Tecnológico de Monterrey and subsequently obtained their High School Diploma from the same institution in 1997. Ricardo then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed in 2001. In 2003, they earned their MBA in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management in January 2001 and is expected to complete the Singularity Executive Program at Singularity University in March 2022.
