Byron Azmitia Gálvez

Byron Azmitia Gálvez has been working in the human resources and education fields since 2020. In 2020, they co-founded WisePlay Guatemala, an educational venture for children aged 1-6 whose parents had to stop traditional education due to the coronavirus. Byron was responsible for customizing activities for the children to continue stimulating and developing the areas their parents believed needed to be worked on. In 2021, they became a Junior Consultant at Centro de liderato, where they acted as a coach and facilitator (both virtually and in-person) for learning processes related to personal and corporate transformation, leadership, and employee climate assessments. Byron was also responsible for the technological logistics of online workshops (managing Zoom, Canva, Mural, etc.). Finally, in 2022, they became the Head of People at Enso Co-living.

Byron Azmitia Gálvez is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general at EAE Business School, which they expect to complete in 2022. Byron is also a Profesorado in Mindfulness at Respira Vida Breatworks, which they expect to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Grado in Psicología at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU in 2021, a Postgraduate Degree in Felicidad y Bienestar Organizacional at Universidad Nebrija in 2020, and a Coaching Multidimensional at International Coach Federation in 2018.
