Andrew Dietz

Andrew Dietz, MD, MSCR, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Clinical Research & Development at Ensoma, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was with Shape Therapeutics Inc. from April 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included Vice President and Senior Medical Director of Clinical Research & Development. Andrew's extensive experience in clinical research spans several leadership roles at bluebird bio and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, as well as academic positions at the University of Utah School of Medicine and Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego. Andrew's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota Medical School and a Master of Science in Clinical Research from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Additionally, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Marquette University.
