Cristina Santoriello

Senior Scientist at Ensoma

Cristina Santoriello is a Senior Scientist at Ensoma, leading a rare auto-inflammatory disease program and managing collaborations with CROs and academic laboratories since April 2021. Prior experience includes a Staff Scientist role in Dr. Mark Fishman's lab at Harvard University, where Cristina set up and managed the laboratory and trained new employees. As a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Zon Laboratory, significant contributions included elucidating transcription elongation mechanisms and conducting a large in vivo chemical genetic screen, along with advanced molecular techniques. Earlier roles involved pioneering research on zebrafish models for melanoma and Costello syndrome at IFOM and investigating circadian rhythms at the Max Planck Institute. Cristina obtained a Laurea in Genetic and Molecular Biology from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
