Lukasz Michalec

Lukasz Michalec has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Lukasz'smost recent position was as a Principal Consultant and Delivery Management Chapter Lead at Ensono Digital, where they have been working since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Delivery Manager at the same company from May 2021 until May 2023.

Before joining Ensono Digital, Lukasz worked as a Delivery Lead at Lingaro from May 2020 to April 2021. Lukasz also held various roles at Westpac, including Program Director from January 2019 to March 2020, Project Director from October 2016 to January 2019, and Senior Project Manager from January 2016 to September 2016.

Lukasz has also worked at Yahoo as a Senior Agile Project Manager from April 2014 to January 2016, and as a Project Manager from August 2012 to March 2014. Lukasz served as the Project Management Director/PMO Manager at City Interactive from September 2011 to July 2012.

In 2011, Lukasz took a sabbatical leave from their career. Prior to that, they held roles at James Bennett, where they worked as a Business Systems Manager from June 2010 to December 2010, and as a Project Manager from April 2006 to June 2010. Lukasz also worked as a Technical Business Analyst at CommSec from September 2005 to March 2006, and as a Business Systems Analyst at Investec in July and August 2005.

Lukasz began their career as a Business Analyst at ValeGro Pty Ltd in March 2004 and worked there until July 2005. Overall, Lukasz Michalec has developed a strong background in project management, delivery management, and consulting throughout their career.

Lukasz Michalec began their education in 1999 at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Lukasz completed their studies in 2002.

In 2003, Lukasz Michalec enrolled at the University of South Australia to pursue a Master's degree in Information Systems Management. Lukasz successfully completed the program in 2005.

To further enhance their professional skills, Lukasz Michalec obtained various certifications in the following years. In 2013, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification, also from Scrum Alliance.

In 2016, Lukasz Michalec acquired the SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Then, in 2017, they obtained the Managing Successful Programmes – Foundation (MSP) certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Most recently, in 2021, Lukasz Michalec pursued Executive Education in Digital Transformation Strategy from Imperial College Business School.
