Alka Yadav

Alka Yadav has extensive experience in IT and service delivery, currently serving as a Sr. Service Delivery Manager and previously in roles such as Sr. Technical Delivery Manager and Technical Services Manager at Ensono since August 2017. Prior experience includes working as an Infrastructure Engineer at RFIB Group Limited and as an IT Architect at Salmon. Alka has also held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at NIIT Technologies Limited, supporting British Airways, an Assistant Manager at SBBJ Bank, and a System Support Analyst at CMC Ltd. Alka holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, earned between 2004 and 2008.
