Gaurav Paul

Gaurav Paul is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in mainframe system programming and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Mainframe System Programmer at Ensono since January 2023, Gaurav previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Citi from January 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing the Global command center for mainframe operations and providing 24/7 technical support. Prior to Citi, Gaurav was an IT Specialist at IBM from April 2013 to December 2018, managing batch operations and leading a team in utilizing job scheduling tools. Gaurav began the career as a System Analyst at AXA Tech, contributing to console and batch operations. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology and has completed secondary and higher secondary education at St. Mary's Inter College.
