James Tandy

James Tandy is a highly experienced professional in bid management and commercial services, currently serving as the Head of UK Bid Management at Ensono since May 2011. With a strong focus on developing winning bid strategies, James leads a team of Proposal Managers and Sales Apprentices, collaborating closely with sales leadership. Prior roles include Head of Commercial Services at Ensono, where key responsibilities involved high-value contract negotiations, post-contract management, and legal drafting, as well as positions at HSBC, Wincor Nixdorf, BT, Unisys, Deutsche Telekom UK Limited, and DX (Group) plc. James Tandy holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from The Open University, complemented by an HND in Business & Finance from the University of West London.
