Anthony Wilkinson Fcipd

Anthony Wilkinson FCIPD has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Anthony is currently the Vice President HR Group Finance at Enstar Group, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Enstar Group as the Group Head of Talent Development from February 2020 to November 2022.

Before joining Enstar Group, Anthony worked at Crest Nicholson plc as the Head of Talent Development from March 2014 to January 2020. Anthony also served as the Head of Integrated Employer Solutions at West Thames College from January 2013 to March 2014.

Anthony's earlier work experience includes being the Head of Programmes at Lifetime Training from August 2009 to January 2013.

Anthony Wilkinson FCIPD has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Sports Science from Brunel University London, which they acquired from 1996 to 1999. Anthony also completed Personality & Ability Assessment BPS in Psychology from SHL. Anthony Wilkinson FCIPD has also obtained CIPD Qualifications and holds a Fellowship.
