Bruce Natter

Bruce Natter has extensive work experience in finance, operations, and leadership roles. Bruce currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of Global Finance Operations at Enstar Group. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Allianz Life, where they led the transformation and optimization of various business functions. Bruce also has experience as the Vice President of Finance Shared Services at SAIC, where they achieved cost savings and customer satisfaction ratings. Bruce has held various positions of increasing responsibilities at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and Marsh Inc., where they oversaw finance, operations, and led process improvement initiatives. Bruce has a track record of driving results, including revenue growth, cost savings, and cycle time improvements throughout their career.

Bruce Natter obtained their BA in Computer Science and Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude, from Queens College between 1982 and 1987. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Finance, with Distinction, from Rider University from 1997 to 2002.
