Aili Lundin

Aili Lundin is a Human Resources Assistant at Ensto since May 2021, focused on developing eLearning materials and supporting various HR tasks. Previous experiences include a Human Resources Trainee role where Aili created a digital onboarding process and facilitated recruitment. Aili served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Helsinki, promoting the university and student life, and held various roles such as Childcare Worker and Cinema Host. Aili's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki, with an exchange in Psychology from the University of Vienna, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology and a Minor in Human Resources Management.
