Mika J Haikola

Mika J Haikola has a strong and diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Mika J most recently worked at Ensto as the Senior Vice President, leading the Underground Business and Global Sales and Business Development. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President for Global Sales and Business Development at Ensto as well.

Before joining Ensto, Mika held executive positions at Babcock & Wilcox, where they were the Director for EMEA & Brazil region, responsible for the overall profit and loss of Diamond Power businesses in the territory. Mika J also has experience at ABB Power as a Department Manager, responsible for managing the Environmental Systems Service department, and as a Regional Sales Manager for South America.
