Kai Shehzad currently serves as Chief Product & Technology Officer at EnStream LP, leading the vision and strategy for frictionless Identity and Access solutions. Previously, at Scotiabank, Kai held the position of Vice President of Design & Product Management, overseeing the bank's Digital Transformation and establishing a world-class Digital Banking organization with a focus on various innovative technologies. As a Senior Director, Kai led the mobile banking platform's development, achieving high digital adoption and user engagement rates. Prior roles at Rogers Communications involved directing digital product management, improving customer experiences, and developing digital strategies. Kai began a professional journey at Bell as a Senior Solution Architect Consultant, enhancing billing and payment digital services. Educational background includes a Master in Design (on hold) from OCAD University and a Master of Science in Telecom & Mobile Networks from Paris-Sud University.
