Adam Richardson

Adam Richardson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Adam currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Enstrom Helicopter Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rolls-Royce for 17 years, holding various roles including Global Data Manager, Operations Manager, Materials Resource Planner, and Quality Lead Business Analyst. Before joining Rolls-Royce, Adam served in the United States Marine Corps as an Embarkation Officer & Operations Training Chief, where they received a Certificate of Commendation for their superior performance and invaluable contributions to planning and execution. Adam also worked as a Circuit Board Technician during their time in the military.

Adam Richardson attended Purdue University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In 2003 and 2004, they also attended the Marine Corps Communication Electronics School to learn about 5th Echelon Satellite Radio Repair. From 2005 to 2008, Adam attended Indiana Wesleyan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
