Alan H. Freudenstein

Mr. Freudenstein is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse Securities, based in New York. He leads the Bank’s Principal Investment Group and sits on the Board of Ensyn, BATS, US Health Group, Actiance, and TradingScreen.

Mr. Freudenstein joined Credit Suisse in 2000 from Bankers Trust Company, where he was a Managing Director responsible for incubation and venture investments within the new world ventures group. He was previously a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and an equity research analyst at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Freudenstein received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
