Jason Boltax

Jason Boltax is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at ENT and Allergy Associates, leading and guiding a workforce of over 1500 employees across 50+ locations. Prior to this role, Jason held positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources at Rubenstein and Strategic Business Leadership Advisor at The Alternative Board. With a background in Human Resources consulting and extensive experience in workforce development, Jason has also founded The HR Alliance, a professional association for HR executives. Their educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Queens College.
