Venkat Nimmala

Venkat Nimmala has extensive work experience in data analytics and data science. Venkat is currently the Head of Global Insights and Data Analytics at Entain since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at dss+ from December 2016 to July 2021, where they were the Data Science Manager in charge of driving global digital innovation and strategy, as well as leading the data analytics team. Before that, Venkat worked at DXC Technology from April 2010 to November 2016 as the Lead Data Scientist, responsible for data extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, and developing advanced analytical solutions. Venkat started their career at NTT DATA Services as an Analytics Consultant from 2005 to 2010.

Venkat Nimmala completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2001 to 2005. In 2015 to 2016, they attended the Indian School of Business, where they obtained an Advanced Management Program in Business Analytics with a focus on Data Science. Additionally, Venkat has a certification in Licentiate from the Insurance Institute of India.
