Sam Tahmasebi, PE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Currently serving as Associate VP of VDC Technology and Senior VDC Manager at EnTech Engineering, PC since July 2018, Sam has previously held key positions such as BIM Manager at Gensler and EnTech Engineering, PC. Notable project contributions include managing a team of eight BIM Engineers for the MTA East Side Access in New York, focusing on architectural and structural modeling. Sam's background also includes roles at Plaza Construction as a BIM Specialist and earlier as an Architect Assistant and Architectural Drafter. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Shiraz University.
